THE LONESOME TOWN PAINTERS - Join Cashmere Community Concerts, Saturday, October 26th, at 7:00pm for some “high spirited”, rock solid bluegrass, brought to you directly from Vancouver, British Columbia, the Lonesome Town Painters. They are a band well versed in the traditional bluegrass sound, with solid musicianship, lead singing and beautiful harmonies. Much of their material are original songs, crafted in the finest traditions of bluegrass. The themes range from love, heartache and prison, to the occasional gospel song. They are sure to bring a smile to your face and get your toes a tappin’.... |

ELI WEST & FRIENDS -
Join Cashmere Community Concerts, Saturday, November 16th, at 7:00pm and delve into the creative, tasteful and innovative music of Eli West. Eli is known as an arranger, songwriter, performer and composer with Northwest roots and is highly regarded in the Americana music scene. He is a multi-instrumentalist and singer at the top of his game. With an addiction to syncopation, arrangements of his songs are jagged and angular based in bluegrass and old-time, but laced with contemporary insights. Joining Eli will be Forrest Marowitz on bass. Forrest is well known and in demand in the bluegrass community at large. Highly skilled and accomplished, he is sure to bring depth and resonance to the music. Don’t miss these two compelling musicians for a night of musical excellence…. |

MIDNIGHT45 - If you love the glass-shattering power of high tenor
bluegrass voices and perfect harmonies, look no further than Midnight45.
This powerhouse band features some of the most outstanding vocal and
instrumental prowess you will hear in the Western US. Based in Central
and Western Oregon, Midnight45 specializes in bluesy vocal-based
deep-groove bluegrass music with a solid traditional approach. They
perform traditional & contemporary bluegrass, featuring original
material as well as traditional country duets. Each member of M45 is a
veteran musician, having played in some of the finest bluegrass bands on
the west coast, and it has long been a dream of the Adkins to join
